1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "Member") and jw2 ("jw2", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the jw2 website located at https://jw2.asia, including all games, betting markets, promotional offers, payment services, and related features made available through the platform (collectively, the "Services").

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.

• You must notify jw2 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• jw2 is not liable for any losses resulting from your failure to keep account credentials secure.

Account Verification (KYC)

jw2 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process as part of its account management framework. jw2 may request identity documents including a valid national identification card, passport, or driving licence, as well as proof of address and proof of payment method ownership, at any stage of the account lifecycle — at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following an account review. Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary account restriction or permanent closure.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

jw2 reserves the right to make a final determination on whether any bonus has been legitimately claimed and whether the associated wagering requirements have been genuinely satisfied. In cases of suspected bonus abuse, jw2 may withhold affected funds pending investigation.

7. Responsible Gaming

jw2 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools that allow players to manage their gambling activity. jw2 recognises that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and takes a proactive approach to player protection.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account at any time through the account settings panel. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: Players may configure session time reminders that alert them after a specified period of continuous play.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

jw2 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading account registration or verification information.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct associated with the account.
• A request from the account holder to close the account.

Where an account is closed at jw2's initiative due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach has occurred, any verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable processing period.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jw2 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform or the Services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your account or data resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
• Interruption or cessation of platform services resulting from scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond jw2's reasonable control, including telecommunications infrastructure failures or force majeure events.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising between you and jw2 in connection with your use of the platform or the Services, you are encouraged to contact jw2 support in the first instance. jw2 will make reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute promptly and fairly through its internal complaints procedure. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, jw2 will cooperate with any applicable dispute resolution process available under applicable law.
